Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. We advise you to examine your item as soon as it arrives. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

To start a return, contact our customer service at support@vansilk.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

* Kindly note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

* Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

At Vansilk, we replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to our customer service.
