Returnable Items:

  • Incorrect products (wrong size, color, or pattern).
  • Items with quality issues (stains, damage).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Change of mind.
  • Custom-made products.
  • Not the color you wanted.
  • Misunderstood product contents.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Order arrived later than expected.

Note: Size discrepancies within ±1 inch are considered acceptable in the industry.

 

Return Process

Please contact us at support@vansilk.com to initiate a return. Provide the following information to help us process your request more efficiently:

  • Order ID
  • Photos clearly showing the issue.

Once we review your request, we will provide a return shipping address.

  • Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

Return Time Limit

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Late requests will not be accepted, so please inspect your items promptly upon arrival.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-8 business days.

 

Are There Color Variations to Consider?

We strive to accurately display the colors of our products. However, variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, and dye lots. As such, we do not accept returns based on color differences.

 

What if I Change My Mind?

Please choose your items carefully and measure them accordingly, as we do not accept returns for change of mind once the order is processed.

 

What Should I Do if My Package is Lost?

If your package is lost during transit, we will work with logistics to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will resend your order but do not offer refunds in these cases.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items and must match the original order details (size, color, style). Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and retain all packaging to apply for an exchange.

 

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage open communication instead of disputes, which may delay resolutions. Starting a dispute could hold your funds for an extended period, while we aim to resolve issues promptly.
