Can I cancel my order?
It depends on its current status. You can cancel your order if it hasn't been processed or shipped. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once it's processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, simply contact us via our contact form or email, and we'll update the address for you. However, if the order is already on its way, changing the address is not supported. Please ensure the shipping address before placing the order.

What if I ordered the wrong color or size? Can I change it?
Please reach out to us via our contact form or email as soon as possible to request a change to your order. We'll do our very best to make the changes you want, but please keep in mind that we can't always guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is in process.

What payment methods do you accept?
As of now, we are only accepting payments via PayPal. This change helps us streamline our transaction process and ensures a more secure and efficient payment experience for our customers.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We have a return policy that allows returns and exchanges. Before initiating a return or exchange, please read our policy here to confirm your item's eligibility. If eligible, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt. Kindly note the item must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

When will my order ship?
Thank you for your purchase! For standard items on our website, the processing time is typically 3-5 days. If you've ordered a customized product, it usually takes a bit longer, around 7-12 days to process. Please keep in mind these are approximate times, and we're dedicated to getting your order out as quickly as we can.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
At this time, we ship with USPS, UPS, DHL and OnTrac.

How long will it take to get my order?
After you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, your order should arrive within 5-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method.

Do you offer international shipping to European, Australian, Canadian and other countries?
Yes, we provide international shipping to various countries, allowing you to enjoy our premium bedding and decor products.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time. While USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes, our shipping partner, UPS, can’t. To make sure your package arrives safely and without any delays, we kindly ask for a physical address instead. Thanks for understanding! 😊

Can I get a customized size if I don't find one that suits me?
We only offer customization services for our bedding products - duvet cover & sheets. Just contact us through our contact form or email with your specific requirements. However, please be aware that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Popular items are restocked regularly. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted when an item is available again.
