Can I cancel my order?
It depends on its current status. You can cancel your order if it hasn't been processed or shipped. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once it's processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, simply contact us via our contact form or email, and we'll update the address for you. However, if the order is already on its way, changing the address is not supported. Please ensure the shipping address before placing the order.

What if I ordered the wrong color or size? Can I change it?

If you've ordered a customized product, it usually takes a bit longer, around 7-12 days to process. Please keep in mind these are approximate times, and we're dedicated to getting your order out as quickly as we can.

We only offer customization services for our bedding products - duvet cover & sheets. Just contact us through our contact form or email with your specific requirements. However, please be aware that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
